For the month of June, the average number of days a home has been on the market has decreased to 137 days which is a 17.47% decrease over June of 2018; however, it is an increase of 13 days over last month.  Active listings remain down by 19.3% compared to June of last year.  In Moore County, homes are selling at 97% of their list price with the average sales price of $307,772.  We do like to make you aware these statistics will change based on the specific locations you are looking and is why you should contact one of our team members to help you navigate our market.
