Reviewing our numbers for April, we see houses are selling more quickly with the Average Days on Market of 152 days which is 15.08% faster than April of 2018. We are also seeing 9.4% fewer active listings and 14.8% fewer new listings on the market. Combining those statistics with the Moore County absorption rate of 5 months, and we are still in a Seller’s Market.
